Former Miss Universe and Indian actress Sushmita Sen recently has been offered the role of Pakistan’s powerful politician and former lady Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto (21 June 1953 – 27 December 2007) by two well-known Pakistani film producers Zaid Aziz and Henna Rai.

Benazir was assassinated during an election campaign by extremist groups last year. The film, a biopic of the slain leader, would be a bilingual film and a joint venture by Vox Vision and Sum Films. The film will be made in both English and Urdu and shot generously in both Pakistan and England.
