Madonna is on her way to Malawi to adopt a 3 years old girl named Mercy. Madonna and her recently divorcing husband Guy Ritchie adopted their now 3-year-old son David from Malawi in 2006. She is also mom to Rocco, 8, and Lourdes, 12. According to the associated press, Madonna has already filed the required official procedure and the adoption has been confirmed with a US government official. “It’s something I’ve been considering, but would only do if I had the support of the Malawian people and Government.”

When she adopted David she started the group Raising Malawi and funded a lot of orphanages.
